"Felt easy because nothing was confusing"
I parked here last weekend it was such a relief not having to stress about anything. The signs were clear, so I felt like I knew exactly where to go and what the rules were. The price was shown upfront too, which made me feel a lot better because I hate wondering if some random extra charge is going to show up later. It just felt simple and straightforward, and that made the whole experience way less annoying. I’d definitely use Reliant Parking again

"I came out to find my car booted..."
I came out to find my car booted in my apartment lot, i was irritated at first. I called Reliant Parking, and someone actually picked up and explained that my permit wasn’t visible the right way. It was one of those small details I didn’t even think about, but it did match what the signs said.
Paying to get it removed definitely wasn’t fun, and I still think the booting rules feel a little strict. That said, they weren’t rude, they explained everything clearly, and they got it taken care of quicker than I expected. Giving 4 stars because the process could be a bit easier

"Fair experience, just needs clearer details"
I got a citation from Reliant Parking and was definitely frustrated at first. Once I took a closer look at the posted signs and the time, though, I realized the ticket was fair and it helped me understand what to watch for next time.
I reached out with a question and they sent back the details and photos, which made the whole thing easier to verify instead of feeling like I was just being told to pay with no explanation.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the payment page and rules could be more straightforward. If those were easier to follow, it would save people time and confusion. Overall, it was a fair process...

"Appeal got sorted better than expected"
I had a parking charge that I didn’t think was right, so I put in an appeal through Reliant Parking. It took a few days to get a response, but they did seem to properly check what I sent over.
In the end, the charge was reduced or cleared after I explained the situation, which felt fair to me. The communication could have been a bit quicker, but overall it was handled fine...

"Paying was quick and easy"
I used reliantparking.com to pay for parking it was simple. I started entering my card info and, well, the whole thing was easy to fill out, and the page loaded without any issues. I got the confirmation right after, too. No confusing steps or extra hassle, it just worked like it was supposed to.
"Still Waiting to Hear Back"
I’ve reached out for support and still haven’t gotten a reply. I don’t think I’m asking for much, just a basic response or update is kind of my standard when dealing with customer service. Hopefully someone gets back to me soon.
